Martin Gary is the newly appointed Director of New York State’s Marine Fisheries after many years as the Executive Secretary of the Potomac River Fisheries Commission and Maryland’s Department of Natural Resources. He also sits on the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission and is the former Chairman of the Striped Bass Management Board. He’ll speak on a variety of fishery topics including striped bass management and the impacts of climate change on the Chesapeake and Potomac fisheries.
